Yes. We strive to be as non-intrusive as possible! Our top priorities are cleanliness, protecting your valuables, cleanliness, and your family’s safety and comfort. We ensure that the job area is clean before, during, and after the job is complete.

We ask that you move all valuables away from the work area before we arrive. This includes but are not limited to:

• Picture frames

• Small decorative items

• Vases and plants

• Fragile objects on or around furniture that needs to be moved

We’ll take care of moving the heavier furniture, which will be replaced back in the proper area once the job is complete.

Yes. We kindly ask that you have a 30% deposit ready on the first day before we begin the job.

At the moment we do not have any financing options available and require all payments to be made in full by the completion of the job. We appreciate your understanding in advance!

Currently, we accept only two forms of payment:

• Check made out to “Nexus Painting Company”

• Cash

• Credit/debit cards are not accepted at this time

We guarantee that our workmanship will prevent any kind of bubbling, peeling, cracking or splitting due to improper prep or improper application of materials — if it does happen, it is included in your 3-year warranty to fix it for free! This warranty is valid for 3 years after the completion date of your project done by us.

This warranty excludes the following:

• Consequential or incidental damages caused by accident or abuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Temperature changes

• Settlement or moisture

  • Damages caused by nail pops or cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction

• Painted or stained horizontal walking surfaces

• Dirt and mildew accumulation

• Paint failure due to:

  • Rotted woods

  • Structural defects

  • Moisture intrusion

  • Failure of previous paint coatings

  • Insect infestation

Absolutely! Pressure washing is included with your service. We make sure to thoroughly clean and prep all areas where work will be performed to ensure that the paint properly applies, fully covers, and protects your home.
